Education: Bentley University
Involvement: As a collegian, Brian Shea was a leader in student government, academic clubs, and service groups. After graduation, he joined the American Cancer Society as a Relay For Life Community Manager. Through this role, he coaches high school, college, and adult volunteers in areas such as fundraising, leadership development, and purposeful publicity. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Chesterbrook Community Foundation.
Brian Shea is a Bentley University grad who is dedicated to proving and ensuring that good business changes the world. A former class president, service-learning leader, and student activist, he could talk for hours about how to play basketball against a 2-3 zone, his incredibly eclectic taste in music, random minute details about events in history, or the importance of sweatpants in American society. (Seriously -- don't test that. You may get stuck listening to jibber jabber for a while.) Brian is a firm believer that every human is born with inherent awesomeness, and he's made it his personal mission to help people discover, channel, and activate that awesomeness. (He also like puns and chocolate in mass quantities. Feel free to send him either.)
"I am only one,
But still I am one.
I cannot do everything,
But still I can do something;
And because I cannot do everything,
I will not refuse to do the something I can do." -Edward Everett Hale
